WHO WE ARE
Casa Esperanza Montessori is a Charter School of grades K-8; and a private preschool located in Raleigh, NC. We offer a stimulating and enriching curriculum emphasizing academic core subjects, independence and organizational skills.
We continually seek professionals with a strong commitment to public education. We are very interested in engaging with enthusiastic individuals who hold themselves to high expectations.
We have hired international teachers for many years to support our Immersion program which has provided our students with amazing experiences in the classroom. One challenge that comes with this is that those teachers are with us for an appointed term and often end up having to return to their native countries after 3-4 years. Because of this, we consistently recruit bilingual and biliterate teachers to avoid not having a qualified teacher in the classroom. We take a similar approach for the Enrichment program understanding that teaching at Casa is a unique experience that requires a specific skill set and level of training and commitment.
