Dear Parents and Faculty,
We are excited to kick-off this school year with the Phantom Fundraiser Campaign.
What is a Phantom Fundraiser?
The Phantom Fundraiser campaign is a direct appeal to parents. With an enrollment of 375 students and an annual goal of $8000, the suggested donation is $21 per child, we understand that some people may be able to contribute more and some less; we greatly appreciate any amount you donate.
Where does the money go?
This year, the goal of the Phantom Fundraiser campaign is to collect $8000. Money from the Phantom Fundraiser will be used to fund Teacher Grants, expand our new
What are the benefits?
The benefits of this fundraiser are simple:
- 100% of your money goes to the PFA
- Minimal overhead and volunteer effort
- Efficient donation process: Reminders and an opportunity to donate will be sent home weekly during the campaign.
When does it start?
This year the Phantom Fundraiser campaign will run from August 20th through September 21, 2007.
How and where can I donate?
You may donate by mailing a check along with the bottom portion of this letter to the school or by dropping a check into the Phantom Fundraiser box. The box will be in the front office during the day and carried by someone in the morning and afternoon carpool. We want to make it easy for you to give-you won't even have to get out of the car!
